when it first began…

Bloom Wildcraft began as a creative outlet to share wild food and sourdough recipes. Website creator Madelyn Walters began her career in baking and pastry and has been self taught since. After meeting her partner Clay Bowers, she began learning about wild plants local to her residence, Traverse City, MI. Taking the wealth of knowledge he offered, she found a way to create recipes using foraged foods for the everyday pallet.

In 2019, Madelyn and Clay added a third child to their family. Since then, Bloom Wildcraft has become a platform for sharing the ways they incorporate wild elements into everyday life and so much more. Her brand offers a wide variety of wild teas and wild products that serve as a reminder to slow down, live intentionally, and stay grounded.

They hope to inspire you to take more time to step outside and experience what it means to become in touch with nature.
