Return policy
All food items are not subject to returns. Any non-food items may be returned for 50% of the value at time of sale. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. All sales are final on clearance items.
why does the volume of tea vary depending on the flavor?
Depending on the density of some ingredients, certain tea flavors may have a higher or lower volume inside the package. All tea packages are packed based on weight, not volume. Depending on the time of year and size of processed herb, volume of teas will vary.
How long does it take my order to ship?
Please allow 2-6 days for products to be shipped out. Our staff is small and we strive to have products shipped as quickly as possible but there may be delays. Refer to emailed shipping updates for delivery dates. Shipping providers include USPS and FedEx.
What are the quality standards for your herbal teas?
We strive to use the best quality ingredients that we can find. This means growing and foraging them ourselves, and buying organic as much as possible. All of the organic and foraged ingredients are labeled on the package. This year we are working to grow more of our “non-wild” herbs on a Certified Naturally Grown farm in Traverse City!
